We are glad you are interested in participating in the 2024 edition of IChTo, which will take place from August 25th to 30th in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, in the Centro Cultural Universitario from Universidad de Guadalajara.
In order to participate in IChTo 2024 you should follow the next general steps:
1 Carefully read and follow the rules of the competition that are published on the official website
2 Fill out this registration form.
3 Pay the registration fee and send the invoice to: montserrat.barragan@sems.udg.mx
4 Book a hotel and buy flight tickets for all the team members.
NOTE: After you complete this form, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions regarding the payment and information about lodging in Guadalajara and participation logistics, among others.
Registration deadline: June 20th 2024
Registration fee: $2,100 Mexican Pesos/Participant
The payment must be made in Mexican pesos and with a credit card (Visa/MasterCard).
The registration fee must be paid for each team member (including students and teachers).
If you pay after the registration deadline, the registration fee increases to $3,000 Mexican Pesos/Participant.
Registration fee includes local round-trip airport-hotel transportation, cultural visits, 1 meal (lunch) for 4 tournament days, medals, and certificates. Other expenses (awards and special prizes, among others) are covered by our sponsors.
